Do you see anything called "Registry" under Paper file history section? You should look at the latest one.

Ignore the April 23rd Date on the dashboard, that is probably the date that the dashboard went live.
There is no Registry in the 'History' section. In the history section it says created as well as updated on 2021/04/26, office is CPC, Sydney and Location is 'in transit'. The GCMS information is dated 2021/06/16, I am not sure what it means...I am guessing that in April, 2021 the file is transferred to Scarborough and seems to have not updated till June, 2021...

Hmmm, that's weird. If the LATEST entry shows "In-Transit", then the only conclusion we can derive from it is that the file has not reached the local office yet.

For example, look at the contents of my GCMS notes below.

Paper File (On page 1 or 2)

Paper File Office
: Mississauga IRCC
Location: Test Ready

Paper File History (This is shown towards the end of the document)

History:
1
Created Date: 2021/03/24 09:10:50
Updated Date: 2021/03/24 09:10:50
Office: Mississauga IRCC
Location: Test Ready
Status
: Open

History: 2
Created Date: 2021/03/19 09:10:50
Updated Date: 2021/03/19 09:10:50
Office: Mississauga IRCC
Location: Registry
Status: Open

History: 3
Created Date: 2021/03/10 08:02:33
Updated Date: 2021/03/10 08:02:33
Office: CPC - Sydney
Location: In Transit
Status: Open

History: 4
Created Date: 2021/01/28 14:46:04
Updated Date: 2021/01/28 14:46:04
Office: CPC Sydney
Location: CST
Status: Open

This clearly tells us what happened with the paper file. Look at this from History: 4 to History: 1. Paper file was set to "Open" in CPC - Sydney on Jan 28th (This is when my application went to IP status). Next, the file was transferred to local office with an In-Transit date of 10th March (9th March is when my BG checks were set to "Completed"). Mississauga Local office received my file on 19th March and placed it in the registry. Mississauga Local office sent my file to the "Test Ready" queue on 24th March.

So, if you only see "In-Transit", I guess it means that the file has not reached local office yet OR the local office has not updated the status of the file properly.

Thanks. I have History 1 & History 2 which are similar to yours of History 3 & 4 and that clearly means that the file has not reached the local office but given the file presumably was transferred on 2021/04/26 and there is no notation after that till 2021/06/16, it is a very long time to be in transit and my worry is of it being 'lost in transit', is there anything that I could/should be doing?

Thanks again for your help.

Well, unfortunately, I don't think there's anything you can do at this point. May be send a webform and ask which local office your file is being processed in. They might confirm it for you.

Good luck!

I managed to access my ECAS to get my timeline:

Received: Sep 24 '20 | AOR: Dec 15 '20 | Application started: Feb 10 '21 | Criminality Passed: Feb 09 '21 | BG Check Completed: Mar 15 '21 | "Test Ready" since Apr 21 '21 | Test Date: Apr 26 '21 | Test status "Completed": Apr 27 '21 | Language, Physical Presence and Prohibitions "Completed": Jun 24’ 21 | Ceremony "In Progress": | Oath Email: | Oath Date: | App "Completed": | Citizenship certificate received:

ECAS shows “decision made”. I spoke to CIC yesterday and they said that my citizenship application was approved and just waiting for the ceremony- they said that they are having capacity issues with the online ceremony which is causing delays. Delays will be area specific and impossible to determine how long the delay is in each area.

Thanks for updating and congrats! I've added you to the spreadsheet.

The following information is still missing so could you please provide it?

Location (City)
When did you receive test invite email (date)
What was your test window (start and end date)
Are you a single or Family applicant
Physical Presence (Number of days)
When did you send your application? (date)

@SHIVAAY @worldmariner @BC4life @FamilyFAZE Have you guys taken the test yet? If yes, please post the date, thank you!
Hi Raj,

What did you use to compress the passport scan files? Have you sent two files for two passports (Assuming that you may have two passports) or combined them in to one file. One of my friend from Milton received the passport copies request and he is struggling to resize those. He is Dec 2019 applicant and not on the tracker.

Thank you in advance.

Thanks for the info on the ceremony backlog. I personally think it is about time they do in person events in large convention centers to speed things up. Enough with this COVID delay. Did you get any indication from them on the phone that they are trying to find a solution or it was just sorry delays, keep waiting!

Hey, did you name the passport pages file in the format shown in the pdf? "Last Name - Application Number" ? I missed that part :(
