I think the admin should add a separate column for urgent or normal application processing so that ppl dont keep know asking is it urgent or normal application or a separate sheet for urgent applications altogether

These urgent applications should not be included in the processing times data as they heavily skew the statistics.

Yes. Most of those applicants are the ones who submitted their applications online.

What is this online submission? How do you submit it online?

Interesting!! Online applicants till December 13th, 2020 received test invite pretty fast, in February/March. No online applicant after that received AOR/test invite, whereas the paper applicants till February, 2021 are receiving AOR. Any idea why online applications have gone to back seat now?

Just wanted to get an idea how many September applicants here, if any, have not even received an AOR/heard anything from IRCC yet? The September tracker shows a few that haven't but not sure if those are actual cases or lack of updates.

Me. I received AOR by regular mail in january, dated December 20th. I can see anything on the website to say it's in process.
