I see many applications returned as they forgot to write their names on the photo or photo store name and date is missing. In some cases the old IELTS results were attached instead of recent one.

Why is it .5?

Probably time accrued before PR granted (as a visitor). It counts 50%. So odd number of days.

Do I need to renew my passport and apply the citizenship or I can go ahead and proceed with the Citizenship application?

There's no need to renew your passport for the sole purpose of applying for your citizenship.

Why is it .5?

I was on work permit for 365 days (before becoming PR) and half of it (182.5 days) counts for citizenship.

AOR does it mean that there is no mistakes on your application?

It means that the application is complete. Does NOT mean that the information you provide is correct. It will be verified through proper background checks!
