September 2014 - CEC Applications

Couple of my friends who applied in October 2014 dont even know how to apply for GCMS notes, have received their RPRF request as well. So i guess, it's a genuine update. Nothing to be worried about!!

The email is from GCMS Codes, so seems like for who have requested from GCMS notes before. How about you? Have you requested your note before?

A friend of mine hasn't order any GCMS notes, and her RPRF email is also "sent" by GCMS code. So I guess it doesn't apply to whom ordered GCMS or not.
On my second thought, the sender being "GCMS code" suggests this is a batch update from the GCMS itself. Perhaps a date was somehow set on Jan 18 internally by the the GCMS to send out these emails. I can't tell what exactly it means just now.

I know that there were hundres of Sept applicants who are waiting for their PR, hence do you think they have ample of time to send these requests to each one of them. Ofcourse "No"

Hence, this email is legit and I just paid my RPRF Fees. Kindly pay yours too at the earliest. And don't worry about the Email signature, as far as your details, the email address, subject line is all correct.

The wait is finally over, We should get your MR soon. Just a suggestion, to book your appointment with the CIC authorized doctors because there could be a lot of wait, since they approved bulk applications.

I waited for an hour to get through and i was confirmed that it is legit. CIC can neither make such a mistake, nor they have time to send these emails one by one to hundreds of applicants.

"So Mr. Jatt.Rulz - STFU and wait until you receive another email from CIC that your application is cancelled because you did not pay the fees within 30 days" LOlzzzzzz

I got a confirmation email after I paid the fees that and instructions were to wait until i hear again from CIC reg MR and further steps.

why not guess in better direction .

maybe lots of MRs are just ignored , and they have do group review for lots of cases,

and not everyone get these pay requirement now.

so it is possible , they work hard to make these progress.

if this is a mistake, then just wait , they will correct it . currently , just do as they said. in my opinion.

I got the RPRF email too.

I haven't paid yet but probably will later this week since we have 30 days to do so.

Just wondering if anyone is planning to do medical upfront soon or are people still going to wait for the official request?

It's curious CIC sent a lot of RPRF emails today, I don't know if it's the usual procedure.

Obviously RPRF should be payed sooner or later, so not big deal, except for whom already paid or already get PR approval under other process.

If someone have doubts, better wait a couple days and ask CIC, but even this email doesn't means process is working faster, it's a step forward.

Really surprising...

I am Sep 25 applicant, got AOR by 2nd Feb 2015, I did my upfront medical @May-2015.....Since then no updates in ECAS....

I havn't got RPRF mail
