Hello DS,

I applied with 4163 before which doesn't apply to me, I just did it cause job title was business development officer and my job is sales. But it actually has to be 0601 which is sales manager category and my job descriptions match perfectly with this category. I'm in a process of revamping my letters and then I will apply again. Do you have any idea about my first question about revamping the letters? Please advise.

Hello Sreenath,

I called CIC yesterday and they said they'd just have a note with my UCI ID that my application was returned for whatever reason. However, they would not have details of it since they don't keep records and if you re-apply they'd treat it as a brand new file.

Do you have any idea about primary occupation that i need to identify in my forms ? Please advise.

How many do they in total from now? do we need submit additional photos when landing?

when I click the hyperlink，it direct to PR card photospecification.Is it correct？

I remember someone said PR card photos should submit whilst landing.

I am currently in Canada on a 12 month working visa - I work for the bank - Upon looking at the skill type a and b I come under both (One financial sales and another credit adjudication) however I am not currently doing credit adjudication but I have had 12 months experience in the last 3 years. Now correct me if I am wrong but does that make me eligible to apply when I have a permamnent job offer? Because the Come to Canada wizard is pretty much saying I need 12 months experience in Canada to be able to apply... Getting stressed out trying to work this out and cannot seem to find a number for someone who can help!!!

One more thing....if you apply for a temp work permit do you know how long it lasts??

I did not receive PER. My application was returned last weekend cause my job duties did not match with the NOC duties. I will be re-applying. My previous file reached CIO on 13th November.

Have you tried to consider CEC instead of FSW?

Right now my job isn't in Credit Adjudication its in General Financial sales which I don't believe is on the Skilled A or B.....
Do you think I would be better off working my way back into Credit Adjudication or Investments and then working for 12 months before applying and going under the CEC class instead?

Be it CEC or FSW, your job needs to be in NOC O, A or B.

I got a request for RCMP fingerprints today around at 4 pm and another update saying that RPRF has been updated.

I have done the fingerprints this evening but getting the report to myself first. Once, I get it then I would forward it to Ottawa.

No idea why they requested fingerprints.
