From what I've seen, 99.8% of AORs are received through an email.

Its too early ... wait until Feb'13 for that (based on the current trend of pre-september threads). As per my understanding, ecas-status changes to "In-Process" when we are about to get a medical request.

Mine shows "In Process" may be because I applied under the federal skilled (arranged employment) category. I am waiting for medical records request.
