Hey everyone

I'm sorry for the stupid question but for the life of me I can't find the link to apply online for the GCMS notes. If someone could post it that would be awesome!! So did we end up getting any MR this whole month?? By the looks no?

Cheers :D

+1 for a good answer to a stupid question? :))

Hi Everyone.

Im just coming back from Fort Erie. It was awesome early morning trip. Finally got the PR status...yaaayy!

Well, will get busy from Monday, to get life back in order..jobs and stuff.

For the bros and sis who are in the middle of this journey, i know its tough to hold on, but I'm sure all of you have taken this decision after putting lot of thought. So please dont loose hope and be patient and things will start to fall in its place.

I'll be available here and if you have any questions of specific nature you can always pm too.

All the best to everyone!

Sure Braveman.

1. Your bank statement (i was asked to show that actually...perhaps cuz i look poor...lol!). Other docs kept just in case: Pay stubs,NOA, Employer Reference Letter, All past WPs and study permits, 2 previous passports.

2. I reached at Fort Erie Saturday morning 830am. There was only 1 guy there ahead of me. It took me hardly 15 mins to finish at the immigration counter. If you have goods to follow (importing from home country) add another 15 mins.

3. They are usually nice. But they may throw in a trick question or two, just to see if you are dodgy or not. So be attentive no matter what crazy jokes he is cracking with you. I was. For e.g., he slipped in a question like so where ARE you working. And i quickly corrected...WAS...Since i was now on study permit, i have not been working. So just be alert. That's all. They will ask you to confirm your address verbally. Your line of work. And if you are carrying $10k or more with you at that moment.

4. No photos at that time. Yaaickss..it means they are going to use the photos i sent them earlier at Medical stage...Oh boy, it will go on my PRC. Crap!!!!

I don't think there's a minimum. They just want to see whether you can support yourself ( and your family if applicable ) for
the first little while, like 2-3 months.
If you show up with $500 that might look weird, dont you think? :)
