hi all,

i have applied for ma husband's sponsorship i have gotten ma UCID through email ..does dat mean they have sent me Acknoledgement letter through mail???...they received my letter on september 12, 2012 and medical has been received
since then no response from them ...i m worried

If they sent you an email they won't send a letter. what is your visa office?

today morning ecas changed to desicion made. there was no interviews, just a phone call to confirm where i work in canada and they were supposed to email my wife for more documents but today it says decisions made. dont know why like this.

Hey I hope that is 100000% good news for both of you! Congrats! I just hope they get to some more of us from September now as well! This waiting game is getting old and tiring.

I MEANT My online status says my husband application and medical has been received does that mean my step 1 process has been completed?

SECOND question is dat how do i make sure they have transferred my application to Islamabad, Pakistan for my husband'z FURTHER IMMIGRATION processing???

It sounds like you're upset with the people here, who are volunteering their time and knowledge to help you. Writing with all capital letters on the Internet is the equivalent of shouting, and you'll find that the people on this website can be very, very helpful if you ask nicely, and may not respond at all if you shout.

you need to contact cic as you are over the stage one time line for a September applicant. you should have received a letter or email saying that a decision has been made and your file has been sent to Islamabad. usually medicals received means it's been sent off already, but you need to be sure. call the hot line. I'm not sure if Islamabad sends acknowledgements of receipt.

I don't mean this to be rude but you can't wait on cic. Islamabad has a two year processing time for 80% of cases. you have to make sure they do things within the promised time, because if for some reason they never touched your file for five months, that's an even longer wait.
