Dilyanak's VO isn't London, it's Bucharest. But they also have shorter processing times, which explains why she got PPR sooner than us.

dec 15 e-cas status change to we receive your aplication medical have been received
21-december-2011 PPR e-mail
i still can't believe it i hope that all of you is fast as mine

ps:i send the VO Bucharest my passport today i hope to received soon
