Separate IMM 0008 form for newborn?

I am a little bit confused by the application, simply because I do not know if I need to fill out a separate IMM 0008 form for him or not. I added him to my IMM 0008 form under the "dependents" section but I need clarification on whether or not he is going to need his own form? My husband is a Canadian citizen living in the U.S and we are trying to get home to family up there. Thank you in advance for any help on this matter!

If your husband was born in Canada or is a naturalized Canadian, the child is Canadian as well and therefore is not included as a dependent in the application.
