Session May 2012.
Classes start 7th may 2012.
Email to chc isb on 9th april 2012 still no response from embassy.

my college inform me the course i have chosen is not available for September session all the registrations are closed for that course.i have email to college few days ago for deferral letter for september session
in response they send me following email.. please read this email..



Thank you for your information. If your visa application is rejected, please scan the rejection letter to us by May 18, 2012, latest. Your full tuition would be refunded without penalty. If you have not had a response from Canada Immigration, please notify us by May 18, 2012, latest. $500.00 would be withheld from your refund. If you do not notify us by that deadline date, there would be no refund nor moving of monies to another semester. Please refer to the attachment.

September starts a new academic year. You must re-apply for September (submit a new application form and pay a new application fee) if you cannot attend the May session.

Q.1 if the embassy give me positive response and they ask me to provide a deferral letter for september session then what will i do? as college already inform me registration for 4 my chosen course is closed….

Its simply dear........! read the message from college again they clearly mention that if you have't any response from CHC then you must re-apply for septeember session So if you wait for deffrel and as soon you receive a letter from CHC then request to college for new admission for september intake with new application fee(humber tutuion fee is very less only 75 $) so with only paid application fee you take a new acceptance letter and send it to CHC as a defrel.
i hope you h'v understand this issue.

well you must inform chc by 18th. I think you should wait for 15th may(hopefully you may get a positive response) then tell by 17th may. yeah abubakar is right just apply again and have a new LOA.

I am sorry that you are facing yourself in this bad situation. My prayers are with you.

1) The university asked you that if you get refusal then send us the refused documents before 18th may and the university will return your fee back without any deduction.

2) If you neither get a visa nor a rejection by 18th May, then you can have your money back with the deduction of CAD 500.

3) If you don't ask for the refund of the fees by 18th May, then the university will not refund at all.

4) MOST IMPORTANTLY: You May admission can not be deferred to September because September starts a new academic year and as per the university policy course can not be deferred from one year to next year.

So my suggestion is if you don't get a response wait for some more time and ask the university before 18th May for your fee refund. Even if the CHC asks you for deferral you have to apply with new application for the same course in September.

thanks very much guys 4 ur replies.....well i ll wait till 15th may after that i ll apply 4 deferral letter in different course..dont have any other choice...humber college have very different policies as compare 2 other colleges...still no response from embassy not even email.....
all we can do just pray.....

Such a Chaos it is brother im going through the same pathetic phase My session is in May classes starting from 7th May Humber College Diploma in Business Management but such an idoit CHC is no response they don't have right to play with your future
