Sending transcripts from Gujarat University based on new policy

Hi all,

My application status is on hold as transcript is supposed to be send by Gujarat university and can't be sent directly by applicant. Has anyone come across this issue lately? How are we suppose to do that? I can get my BE transcripts from my college.
