Sending PCC to CIC

Hi,

I did not send the PCC along with my CEC application, should I send the PCC once I receive it or wait until CIC request for it?

Also, should I send them with a covering letter or just a email will do?

They will request a PCC sooner or later so you might as well send it now to avoid future delays, assuming you've already received an AOR.

You will have to mail it as they need originals. Make sure the cover letter has your full name, date of birth, and a file number.
