Because It’s a work experience for my express entry

You need references from your clients, contracts, taxes, business registration, online presence like website, etc.

Just be aware that it's really hard case to prove this kind of experience even having all of these, and basically most often it's on officer's discretion.

How “long have you been in Canada and on what status? Do you have any customers or clients in Canada? Assume you are trying to claim points for foreign experience. As you also trying to claim Canadian work experience at the same time?
