Hello all!

On August 22nd I recieved an email stating that my application as self-employed was moving forward and that additional information was required. It also stated that I had 60 days to comply. I gathered the information and it was sent on October 9th via express EMS. Not sure why, but the package has not arrived yat and tomorrow is day 60. Does anyone has any idea if there is something I can do about it? or what happend if those 60 days are pass?

Email them and give them tracking number and ask them if they have received it or not. If they haven't, ask them that you will send them again and request for deadline extension.
 
Hello! Thanks for the answer

I emailed them through the case specific enquiry site last Thursday explaining the situation and I attached a scan of the EMS receipt, but I didn't get an answer yet.

I'm mailing the paperwork from Argentina (South America) to Mexico, so I can't really send everything again. At this point I have no idea where the package is, just that it is "in transit". I checked with the Mexico post office but at this time their site is down due to some update, so I cant even check the status.
