our marriage is going to be genuine with all guests and both our children. But i just want us to live together in canada with our kids. What other options do we have? And what would be the right way to prepare our case

What if we find his second wife(uk wife) and he gets his divorce with her?
That marriage was never technically legal since he was already married. Even if he could divorce her, it wouldn't fix anything. The issue is not the divorce. The issue is that he married someone when he was already married to someone else and this was done to gain an immigration benefit. There's no way to fix this. Damage is done.

No we are not planning to have a child. We both have sons so that gives us two kids already to take care of. Our wedding is going to be genuine. Just scared i dont want to be left in canada and him in india for the rest of our lives. Just worried about his second marriage which he never got a divorce from. I did ask my soon to be husband again and he told me that when was ordered to leave uk they said, ‘your marriage is not genuine so we are sending you back because you over stayed your visa.’
The fact that you will not live in India is also a huge red flag. People in genuine relationship are willing to relocate wherever they need to so they can be together.

Me and my son are both canadian, and living circumstances are totally different in india. Plus my ex has visitation with my son 2 times a month. If i go to india im not willing to leave my son behind in canada. And i cant take my son to india with me for that long due to the court order.

Do you know if there is a way to get his immigration record from uk to see what it says on it? And what if he does admit that yes he did wrong by getting martied while he was married before. What would be the consequences?

He will actually have to be honest about his past issues in order to get approved. Have you spent any time together? That will also be an area of concern.

No it is an arrange marriage. We have a matual relative. We have just communicated through video calls messages and audio calls. Send each other gifts etc.

Given his sham marriage attempt he's probably not the ideal candidate for an arranged marriage to a Canadian.
