Would you be kind enough to explain the process .. how to avail their (thomas cook) services?
U just need to carry ur offer letter passport national identity like adhar card.
Visit the nearest branch and givs all the documents to them they make an application to Scotiabank bank for account opening and most problems Scotiabank reverts by the end of day.
Than Thomas Cook give u account details of their in which u have to send payment.
Note. U might be confused why they arr asking money in their account i was also confused but they know how things works better.
U have to wire transfer money from ur account to that account and wait for confirmation.

Hey,
I've paid my GIC on 30/10/2019.
Mistakenly, Bank has put year of birth 1986 instead of 1996 as per the Swift copy.
However, they attached scanned copies of passport and PAN card details along with the funds transfer.
Also, they sent a swift copy amendment request directly to Scotiabank canada.
I also sent the mail regarding this issue to scotiabank with these supporting documents.
Will it could be the reason of my GIC rejection?
If yes, what should i do now?
