can i open GIC bank account from Pakistan?

Hi Guys,
I am from Pakistan recently got admission in George brown post-grad. program, i need guidance to show my funds to IRCC visa application. I opened the TD bank account but my uncle who is already in canada wasn't able to transfer funds in my account as they said i have to be physically present in canada to activate my bank account.
what other options are good to show my funds to satisfy IRCC.

I dont think you can do domething like that. your uncle can pay your study fee direcly to your institution but you can not open your bank account like that.
You can add him as a sponsor and add his bank statements and other finance documents.
Other then that you'll have to bring money to your bank account in Pakistan and let it mature for atleast 4 months.
