Schedule A Validation - Missing Father's Date of Birth

I am trying to validate my schedule a, however I do not know my father's date of birth. On my birth certificate it only shows his first and last name. My parents split up when I was born and I have never met him. How can I proceed. Please help me.

You can just put something like 01/01/1960 and explain on a separate sheet that you don't know the real date because you've never had contact.

I have the same issue, my father's father DOB is back in 1800 so the form does not accept it as well does not validate it. what did you do finally?

PLEASE COMMENT.......I'm filling in the Schedule 1 for my father. His father's date of birth is in 1800 which the the form does not accept. The guideline says write it with hand if before 1900, however the form cannot be validated. What should I do? anyone had the same experience?
