Schedule 1 background/declaration question

Hey,

I applied for pr through AINP on October 2015 and am now expecting a final decision in the coming weeks.

My query is regarding a question on the schedule 1 background/declaration, is reads " previously sought refugee status or Canadian immigrant, permenant residency visa, visitor or temporary resident visa?

When I applied, I was working and living in Canada, however I answered no to this question for me and my spouse. After looking over it tonight I beleive it should have been yes? Will this be an issue or can I do anything so sort it being so close to final decision?

Hiii, did u find out the solution fr your question ? I have the same issue in background declaration form.. i have been rejected for my student visa nd on those question i have mentioned 'NO' can u help me

you are suppose to tick yes, anyway, pick yes, then explain the situation there
