Scarborough office / timeline after test

I have noticed Aug 13th test takers have already started getting the oath invitations ... what about Aug 12th test takers ? ... Has anyone who gave the test on Aug 12th got the oath invitation yet?

It is 1 year, 10 months, 1 week and 5 days of wait for me at Scarborough office since the time application was submitted.

Decision was made in July 2015 and it has been more than 2.5 months since then and no news of Oath yet.

Hoping to hear from the CIC sooon.

My wife just finished her test a couple of weeks back - she was told that the wait time is between 100-120 days for Scarborough to issue Oath after test - that is 3-4 months.

I applied in September 2014, still waiting for the test the latest ATIP showed CIC has not received the result of my security clearance

No, nothing so far. It seems we are forgotten.

Cannot believe this at all. I haven't ever heard about anything so dumb. How difficult it is to schedule people in order. And on top of that they do not even have a valid reason for doing that. It sucks!!

Theory 1 : CIC is back in office after thanksgiving on Tuesday, process some applications. People will see some updates tomorrow in their ECAS as it takes two days before it shows up to the client. and some oath invitation letters as well sent out on tuesday to be received by Thursday for 28 and later Ceremonies.

Theory 2: There will be NO more updates for this election weekend as Govt staff is required to fulfill election duties. So they may not able to process applications Until next tuesday.

Which Theory you guys believe in?

If no one gets an oath notice tomorrow, then it may be a safe bet that it's not theory #1.

When did you apply for the citizenship? And when did they start processing?

I applied in September 2014 and they started processing on Jan 12, 2015, then my file was transferred to Scarborough Office in late Jan.
