Scarborough office / timeline after test

Hello,

has anyone given citizenship test in March 2015 at Scarborough ? I am eagerly waiting as to I didn't hear anything for my oath ceremony yet

Details- Gave citizenship test on March 15th , 2015
Passed exam

Officer informed that should hear within 2 months

Its been more than 2 months , when contacted call center they have advised to wait till the processing times what have been shown on website and they dont even want to hear
or open ur file to check..

Is someone sailing in the same boat as I am ??

Hello, i am new to the forum. Had my citizenship test done on April 13 2015 passed with 20/20.

I have not received any indication from CIC about the OATH and I need to travel back home to visit my family for Eid.

I thought the Scarborough Visa office was moving fast and they were sending Oath letters within 2 weeks after the Exam.

Is anyone else in the same boat?

I am getting worried. Because I need to visit my family and in September my kid's school starts which means I cannot travel back home.

There are many people with the same timeline as you who are still waiting for oath date, just read the previous posts in this forum.
If you are travelling for more than 2 weeks, you must inform CIC about it (there was an earlier post about this today, read the previous posts).

Regarding Test to Oath Time Length in Scarborough Office:
48 dates in total were mentioned in this forum, with an average wait time of 61 days.

But considering applications sent since August of 2014:
There were 22 dates mentioned with an average of 65 days. It is getting slower.
The fastest one had only 20 days and the slowest one had 119 days of waiting time from test to oath.

Oath letter on the average arrives 16-17 days before your oath date.

I had test on March 18th and I am still waiting...

Scarborough office is extremely slow for march & april test takers, but super fast for june testers.
Some ppl think scarborough is fast, some think it's slow. anways, typical cic style, and all we can do is waiting.

Yes there are tests conducted on weekends too!

Took the exam same day as you, nothing from CIC yet. I was told to wait 2 to 4 months. Ordered ATIP may 11, got an email today indicating they cannot access my records due to technical reasons and it will be resolved by last week of July. I want to SCREAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAM! I think it's their way of telling me that I would get the oath invite by the last week of July

Hi ,
I did my test in Scarborough on June 23.Passed the test 19/20.
Interview with the officer .she checked all the stamps in my passport.
At the end she said everything is ok and I will receive the oath letter in 2-3 month or less.

This is my timeline: 41 month waiting
Applied: Jan 2012
RQ: June 2012 and responded July 2012
Assigned to officer : Nov 2014
Back ground check updated : end of Apri and transfer back to Scarborough from St clair
Test: June 23/2015
Oath: waiting

The interesting part is that we were around 20 people at exam date and almost half from 2012 application with RQ
