Scarborough center- Test, DM, Oath?!

Can you guys help? my relative is so worried; hope you can help:
1- Applied to citizenship in September 2016
2- Test in Scarborough in November 2016 (passed test same day all questions correct)
3- Decision made also in November 2016 (online)
4- still waiting and not have heard anything so far.

is this normal? relative called CIC and they said its not "a year" since applying in September and it is expected to stay waiting until September 2017. We are so worried. Any tip help thanks so much

Your relative should:

1. Get in touch with their local MP's office and request them to check status on their behalf
2. Order GCMS (electronic) case notes(takes a month after applying). Google if they need help, its easy.
3. Have lots of patience. Keep checking ECAS daily also.

mero1984, pls keep posting if you receive a letter. We are the same cituation:
Applied to citizenship in September 2016
test in Scarborough in November 2016
Decision made also in November 2016
Still waiting and not have heard anything so far. We are keep calling them but nothing. They said to wait.
