Hello Friends,

I am preparing my application package to send to CIC. Going through the 'Document Checklist' IMM 5690. Need some clarifications on below points:

1. It does not state anything about Job reference letters. Do I need to send it or not. If yes, then Original or photocopy?

2. It does not state anything about proof of settlement funds. Do I need to send the Bank letter / Statements?

3. Any other document or form required apart from this checklist(IMM5690) of 18 points?

4. Does anyone requested PCC from UK? Need to know the timelines. Applied on 10th Feb, not received yet.

Dear All, I have applied in the last intake Feb 15th. Got a query related to job and education.

I have a Bachelors degree in Commerce and an MBA degree specialized in Banking and Finance & am currently working as an "IT Business analyst" for the last 10 Years in a leading software organization.

NOC 2171 perfectly suits my job profile/Job responsibility and as per CIC website any candidate who wish to apply in NOC 2171 should have atlas one year of exp following education and in my case I hold a master's degree in business administration.

Am i eligible.. Really confused as SINP website says.. Atleast 1 year experience related to education ( Though 2171 says Degree in business administration is considered)

Any inputs Please??

I just realised that I have made a very small typo in Schedule A - Background declaration form. In 'Personal History' table, I have these entries -

2015-12 to 2016-11 Working for XYZ company
2015-09 to 2016-11(it should have been 2016-11 2015-11) Travelling

SINP was smart enough to understand this typo and approved it. I am not sure about CIO though.

1) If CIO returns my application in future bcoz of this, does it mean that my application is refused or will I have to correct this form and resend the whole application again?
2) Do you think I can do anything to correct and resend before CIO returns this?

Please share your experience or knowledge.

Upload an updated BG declaration form through case specific inquiry. U can raise it without knowing your UCI and Application NUMBER.

It is in second page, last option. Merge 4 pages of BG declaration form as a single page in PDF format, after scanning. Better reduce it, because it may be very large MB file. Use Small PDF s/f for all these activities.

I am also waiting for my AOR. Does anybody tell me, if I switch my job now is it possible? Does this affect anyway in getting AOR?
