after nomination from SINP under OID (no job offer), do we have to do medical in advance when submitting application to IRCC ?

No, IRCC will inform you to perform medical once application will reach to certain stage.

@ashuindian , @everyone, Hello, I have a general question and I need your suggestion on this, my question is: after getting nominated through SINP are we still suppose to provide the same number of years of experience in federal draw? or just 1 to 3 years is enough? (if the previous company is closed and if we have more than 3 years of experience in the present organisation then is that enough, this is to avoid contacting the closed employer for additional documents which they wouldn't be able to provide), please advice.

sinp do not use crs score. you need to visit sinp website and check your eleigibility.

Thanks I have done more study now, I am having 66 points and can improve the score by 2 points more. Please suggest me, shall I submit my SINP Profile t now with 66 Points and can update i with new IELTS results.I have 2 more questions
1-My degree is Electrical Engineering but My all work experience is in software Industry, NOC 2173. Can this be an issue?
2-Do I need to submit pay slips to prove work experience

Secondly - do I have to do biometrics while sending the paper application or wait for AOR ?

You have to wait for the AOR and BIO request but pay the fee in advance and send receipts along with ur application
