Planning to send the application to CIO before end of FEB.

I'm just hearing of second AOR for the first time and that it means your file has been transferred to the local visa office.

How do you know when its been transferred. I didnt get such an email or second AOR.

I saw it after a day. It was in spam. Check it All Mail section as well
