One_Topsy, thanks a lot for your comment! i have 2 years experience in NOC 4163 and 4 years in NOC 0601. The duties I'd been doing in 4163 are completely different from 0601. I have the detailed reference letter from my employer, listing all the duties and responsibilities attributable to each position I've been in.
Principal NOC I have applied to EE is NOC 0601. If I'd go with SINP, does it mean I would have to change primary NOC in EE profile?
Thanks.

That's what it means. I'd probably just advise you to stick with 0601. Especially since you've applied to OINP.

Hi buddy.. Just noticed. Congratulations on the nomination. :)

Well, we don't know exactly how SINP processes/prioritizes the applications. They might have some NOC's they prioritize, but the trends definitely show that they treat some first (we don't know the reason).
If your NOC is on the list and you're interested, I'd say go ahead and apply

Hello One_Topsy,

Thank you for your response. I am currently waiting for my IELTS results and my ECA to come back after which I will submit my application in the next opening.

Hi One_Topsy and other seniors,
just wanted to confirm is SINP open once again? Can we apply. What is the first step?
I just got my IELTS score and my WES is also ready.

1. Should I first create my EE profile?

2. What is the next step? Is there any specific occupation in demand or any occupation can apply?

please help me.

You will need to have an active EE Profile before you can apply for SINP
The Answer is yes you need to create EE Profile first
Appling for SINP might be quite cumbersome, the most difficult part is scanning your documents
if you follow the check list in previous post you shouldn't have problem

GoodLuck

Guys
Receiving an email of application receipt means you caught the cap?
How do we know if we caught it or not ?

Too bad I was away from internet this weekend. Now I'm trying to apply, but can't find my application # and job seeker code because MyCIC is down :(

If the status is application received with an unique application #, then it's within the cap limit...

Seniors may comment on this...

Just post what you will get after calling sinp...

Called them and Confirmed , " if you get the email that application received along with File #" Your application is within the cap. If it's outside the cap, you will not receive the email at all.

All good I guess , so far
