I am also from 4021. although i do have master's but not experience after master degree. but i was checking all the spreadsheet for 4021, in one of the spreadsheet i found one candidate with 4021 who applied SINP and got ITA.

Here search this spreadsheet (Can't send link from here) All PNP PR 2015 & 2016 in CIC Level


just Try ctrl+F and type 4021

Secondly, if a occupation is regulated as per SINP, you will not get nomination unless you have the necessary licensing from the regulatory body mentioned by SINP.

Lastly, Software Developer NOC is different and does not fall under 2171.

Guys how do u know when is Sasketchawan open. would we have to check sinp portal daily .. what time does SINP opens any specific time..
