Hi, I am Mechanical engineer NOC 2132, it is in demand list but it says license YES.
How to obtain that license. I searched and it comes out that it will take 1 year to get that.

Am I interpreting it wrong?

I think you qualify for RED SEAL as a mechanic....try to get this...will take few weeks or months( depend in which province you apply) until you will get the approval letter ,ones you get this letter you can write the exam for READ SEAL, you have to be in Canada for exam...

I had my profile created already ready for sending the last time they were open. But I didn't make it on time. This time, can I just use my existing SINP application which is ready to be sent?

Yes, I did the same. I could not submit my app in Sept. intake. Used the same documents since they were already uploaded in the system and submitted my app in Nov.
Later on in next 2 days I submitted latest new Proof of funds - bank letter and statements.
I sent these latest documents via e-mail to SINP after I received the letter in which it is mentioned that my application has been accepted and they provided me with a application file number. So far my App. is "In Process" status.

Yes, just make sure all the supporting documents are there, with current dates and signatures.
POF has to be current as well.

If the province says, your skills are needed as per OID, why doubt?
Anyway, i hear alot of opportunities opening up there, esp saskatoon

Thanks so much! I was in a hurry to submit, as I do not want to miss the chance again. I was not able to update the dates anymore. However I attached my current account summary as of 20 Nov 2015. Will that be okay? Do they require a summary to the exact day say as of today 4 Dec 2015? I hope and pray everything will be okay as I already sent the application.
