As primary applicant, with IELTS L-7, R-8, S-7.5, W-7, my spouse has IELTS L-7, S-7.5, W-6.5 and R-5.5. CRS is 371 and SINP point is 68, am I eligible to apply for Saskatchewan PNP through Express Entry or through Occupation in Demand? We both have PhD and over 6 years work experience in Agricultural field.

Please help with appropriate and fast responses!

Thank you very much for your response. Please am I eligible to apply for SINP through Express Entry? My husband has 5.5 in Ielts reading which is below the minimum required 6 band. Does it matter since he is not the principal applicant?

You are eligible, but you will also need a job validation code from job bank, aside your EE number

Please, what is the meaning of minimum amount must be maintained for at least 3 months prior to submitting
your application to the SINP.

Can I have the major inflow of cash the 3rd month before printing my account? I want to know if I can use it for POF for SINP application.

I think I saw a similar question a few days ago on Quora and it was explained that it means that the minimum amount of money required to be in your account should be 3 months old at the time of application. The respondent even sited an instance where someone with 2.5 months old required amount was denied approval. I hope this helps.

I think I saw a similar question a few days ago on Quora and it was explained that it means that the minimum amount of money required to be in your account should be 3 months old at the time of application. The respondent even sited an instance where someone with 2.5 months old required amount was denied approval. I hope this helps.

Please you can confirm by checking the website of the program that you want to apply for it's eligibility criteria, including the approved sponsor

Hi Folks, I am new to the forum. I urgently need your help. I recently got an invitation to apply from the SINP under NOC 7201 (Construction, supervisor, machining and metal works). I am claiming over one year work experience under this field. the occupation is regulated and I am hereby required to provide SATCC approval letter. I need help on how to go about the process and filling the Form 6A and 7A for the sasktewan apprenticeship and trade certification commission.

I submitted my application on OASIS on 1st December, 2018. Application status changed to in-process on 7th December, 2018. On 18th December, 2018 I got an email requesting for additional info with regards to one of my employment references. I have been given 10 days (28th December) to submit the requested documents. Can someone tell me whether this is a positive or negative sign?

Account must be three months old prior to submission and required amount must be maintain till the end of the process( means visa on hand)
