I'm applying under NOC 0911 Subclass 0. I can accumulate 68 points. (applying to Saskatchewan)

Would it be better to try to land a job offer and apply directly to SINP to get the 30 points extra or is that generally hard to land and instead go for occupations in demand and stick with my 68 points?
