Hi all! I'm hoping somebody can enlighten me about this concern.

I was able to secure a good and detailed reference letter from one of my ex-employers where I had 3 years of experience. However, in those 3 years, I had two promotions:
Associate to Senior Associate then, Senior Associate to Executive.

These designations are just "titles" but I am actually an Analyst Programmer and my responsibilities remained the same for 3 years. I am just wondering whether I should declare this detailed career progression on express entry or should I just put in "Executive" for the whole entry for this employer?

PS: They gave me TWO letters. One, just stating my last position which is "Executive". And the other letter was detailing all these promotions. Both letters have stated I am an Analyst Programmer + responsibilities.

Shouldn't your NOC be for Analyst programmer. Like you said you were promoted from a senior associate Analyst program to an executive Analyst programmer, so your Work letter should state the full title not just "executive". That way your NOC roles & title will match
