MTI is a designated learning institution per this page: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/study-institutions-list.asp so okay ra siguro. Pero make sure to ask their registration staff kung applicable siya for PGWP. My advice though is to stick to the better known colleges though para sayon ra pag sulod sa workforce.

Canada has been very good to me so far.

Unfortunately, refused akoang application on the grounds na "You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay"..
And since September na ang intake ko, nagpa-defer na lang ako for January 2017. I will re-apply probably next month.

It's good to know that Canada's treating you well. You've been a lot of help sa mga tao diri sa forum.

Ang nakabutang na reasons are:

1. employment prospects in country of residence (Pero naa ko gi-submit na "Certificate of Study Leave" signed by HR)
2. current employment situation (Wala ko kaayo idea unsaon i-deal ni. Employed ko diri sa akong current job since Aug 2014, nagpresent pud kog Cert of Employment.)
3. personal assets and financial status (wala koy gisubmit na personal assets kay wala man. hehe naa ko contract to sell pa lang sa isa ka property na gina-bayaran nako monthly ug mga receipt sa insurance na gina-bayran pud nako monthly. hehe.. Pwede kaya ipresent to?)

Ang akoang sponsors are my Aunt (sis ng Mom nako) and husband niya na American. Taga California sila. They even presented "affidavit of support" na naka-red ribbon from Philippine Consulate ng LA.

For now, magrequest pakog CAIPS notes (as advised by ENHANCE). Mga 1 month daw waiting ana.

It looks like a course mismatch to me especially since gi-state sa VO nga employment prospects. Problema ra ba sa Enhance sometimes dili sila muhatag og tarong nga advice sa ila clients.

RN ko diri Pinas. Work experience is 2+ years as Medrep then 2 years na pud ko work/teach diri sa isang technical-vocational (TESDA-accredited) school for nursing assistants and Practical nurses. Ang gi-applyan nako na course is Master in Administrative Science (Major in Global Health). Wala ko ever nagwork sa hospital.. Nagsubmit kog certificate signed by HR na ila kong dawaton usab after sa akong study. Maybe magsubmit ko usab but this time notarized na.

Mao lage, katong processing officer sa agency na na-assign sa ako kay "isang tanong, isang sagot" ang style. iyang advise magkuha daw jud mi ug CAIPS notes. Kay every case daw is unique so maka-help 'to.

Yep, course mismatch ang imo problem. Kay nurse man ka by profession, by itself, it's a big hurdle na. Usually the VO thinks nga pag-abot nimo diri, mag nurse na lang ka dili mag studyante. That's why kinahanglan ka og solid nga plan sa imo reapplication.

[1] course mismatch - ngano man administrative science imo gikuha? Since your last employment was education, why not major in an educational course? Dili siya related sa imong work history, which it has to be para dawaton sa imo VO.
[2] employment prospects - kay tungod nurse ka. You have to prove to the VO nga naa gihapon kay balikan sa Pinas kung dili ma grant imo permanent residence diri. Unsa imo plano pag graduate nimo? How will you use your degree to be employed in the Philippines? This plan has to be stated in your SOP. That's why it's important to have a logical progression from your employment in the Philippines to the degree you are planning to take in Canada. In your case, murag kinahanglan og extra explanation.
[3] whether or not you have enough personal financial assets - it doesn't matter. Ang imong concern is the first two points above.

so okay na if mokuha ka og CAIPS notes, pero i check kung pila ang charge sa Enhance, compared sa actual cost. Naa ra bay patong nang mga agency, gahaman kaayo. Did you get to see the actual refusal letter BTW?

Agree ko sa tanan nimo na gi-suggest. I really need na i-revise akoang SOP to show katong "logical progression" na gi-point out nimo. I just paid for the CAIPS/GCMS notes today. 4 weeks are waiting time before ma-release.

I only saw the letter which was attached sa cic account nako, then I downloaded it. Ang hardcopy naa sa Enhance. And by the way, naa jud sila patong sa singil nila sa CAIPS.

Let us know kung unsa ang naa sa imong CAIPS notes. Daan pa lagi ko naay patong ang Enhance ana, grabe jud. Anyway, remember that answering the concerns in your CAIPS notes is still all on you, ayaw ug salig sa imo agency to help you answer kay pataka raba na sila sometimes.

NAA MOI IKA SUGGEST UNSAI BARATO OR MGA COLLEGES OUTSIDE TORONTO NGA BARATO KAI AKO NALANG SUWAYAN.
