Hi guys, anyone from RROC got their PR in August-2023?

My PVO is RROC & SO is Abu Dhabi.

Everything is marked completed on tracker since Jun20 yet no PPR/COPR etc. Ordered GCMS, it also shows all completed and file with VO. AOR was March 26, ITA Feb 2.

Same here, Same VOs and AOR 19th Mar and all completed 15th May.. There are a lot of us in the same situation.

I believe it must have been assigned to idle officer. You must raise a webform as your application has crossed usual time window. May be a mandamus writ or a letter from lawyer through webform addressed to IRCC to explain the reason of unusual delay.

There's no way IRCC is going to acknowledge a letter from a lawyer through a webform. Writ of Mandamus is the only thing that can force IRCC to look into an unusual delay. With that being said, I bet my money on judge squashing this case on the first appeal. It would be nothing but a colossal waste of time and money. I've never seen a case where less than 2.5 years and Writ of Mandamus was successful. Even with this avg processing time change, highly doubtful that any judge will consider this appeal.

My AOR is May 14, all completed July 12.

Still no update on my case. Raised webform and got standard response. Not sure why is it taking so long even though all the components are complete. RROC sucks big time. Seems like RROC is a placeholder where they dump all applications without any reason.

RROC is the snail VO. They dump the applicants there and forget about them. RROC is processing Mid March AORs right now. It is expected that this processing will continue till October. In november and december they will process april and may AORs. This is all an If and But situation though as some weeks they don’t issue PPR. RROC is dealing with Ukraine, Afghan, Syrian and other refugees. FSW is not there priority.

Yesterday RROC sent final decision and PPRs to majority of the applicants from 15th to 31st March. By the end of september they will work on April most probably. RROC tends to skip a week or two in between. We are praying for April AOR in october and May in November at the least.

My status also changed on GC Key as
“Latest update:
Final decision - Sep 14, 2023:Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.”

my AOR was March 26. Not sure if this is progressing towards PPR or just a ghost update. May i please ask you to share the link of whatsapp group so that i may also join.
