RQ - St Clair Office - Share Your Timeline

So I just confirmed with CIC that my file has been transfered to St. Claire. Yikes! As my luck would have it, I'm transfered to the slowest bloody office.

Here's my timeline:

We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on July 3, 2012.

We started processing your application on January 24, 2013.

RQ - March 28, 2013
RQ Sent - May 6, 2013
RQ Receipt Confirmation - May 7, 2013
RQ transfered to St. Clair - May 23, 2013

To my knowledge, nobody has progressed further in St. Clair since pre-test RQ started in May 2012.

So, one thing definite for now is that it takes 12+ months (and counting) to process RQ in St. Clair.

Here is my Timeline:

November 12, 2010: Application was recieved by CIC
June 16, 2011: Processing started
August 3, 2011: Transferred to St.Clair
September 15, 2011: Test
September 15, 2011: RQ was sent to wrong address (CIC's mistake!)
December 21, 2011: RQ was sent to my proper address
Februar 10, 2012: RQ docs were received by CIC
March 23, 2012: Called CIC. Call Center Agent: "CJ looks at your documents. If decision is
positive, next step is ceremony".
I am still waiting...

Residence questionnaire: Nov 30, 2012
Residence questionnaire sent: January 9, 2013
Fingerprint Request: January 24, 2013
Fingerprint sent: February 11, 2013

I called cic they sent my file tost clair office as of january 9, 2013.i do not why they sent my file to st clair office?

My status did not change since a long time, after 23 months I got RQ, sent RQ and it is received by CIC.I confirmed by calling cic,bu my status online says ;In Process ', why they are not updating my status ??

Because people they do not need people who got RQ and do not have time for them... this is ridicules. They should learn to treat everyone same without discrimination. This RQ is nothing but discrimination.. routine and non-routine... most non-routine cases met their requirements and paid taxes and have good ties with Canada but still they want to give step-mother treatment and treat them as third class citizens.

My RQ was sent from Scarb office. When I called CIC, they said it has been transfered to St. Clair.

I am the same. got the RQ from Mississauga office on oct 10 an sent it out Nov 11. Transferred to St Claire Office

Just called call center today, my RQ was also transferred to st claire from scarborough office. It is more than 31 months now. I will be waiting till 36 months and go for mandamus. Now all toronto rq case in toronto area are sent to st claire for assessment.

my Reason of RQ is lot of US driving trips.

If it is a full blown RQ, it will be sent to st claire as it is the only office in toronto assessing the RQ.
