Does anyone know, if you get RQ before test this means that the file is already at local office?

When and why do usually fingerprints are asked?

Started processing May 6 2013
December 2013 note to attend exam
Exam passed January 2014
RQ requested Feb. 2014
RQ sent Mar. 2014

Montreal Office,

Any information how long it takes until the RQ is looked at in Montreal?

received first letter : April 2010
received RQ: August 2011
mandamus 2014
received interview with the judge may 2014
received refusal letter September 2014
appealed October 2014 in federal court
hearing April 2014
still waiting for decision

So, you didn't have to go for an interview with judge after u submitted the RQ, just got ur oath letter on Nov?
