I have just paid the RPRF for my spouse to return to Canada. I know I fill out my information on the reciept. We already filled out an application for permanent residence so I am assuming I just need to send the fee??? The direcections are a little vague and just looking for clarity. Thanks

Kerry ;)

You include a copy of the RPRF receipt with the application. The information on the receipt is only used if they need to refund the RPRF, which I hope for your sake is not necessary.

I didn't know the answer when I read your thread originally and I still don't know the answer.

My best guess: they sent your paper file to some other location (SNS, maybe Sydney, NS?) BF'D means "bring forward" and is the next date it should be reviewed (November 16, 2012).
