RPRF payment made - but uploaded document later than 7 days

After submitting my PR application, I received Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) payment request as a message in my account after 1 month. I was asked to pay this and upload Official receipt within 7 days.

I paid the fee on the same day and uploaded official receipt (in pdf) to MYCIC account. But forgot to click next and sign and re-submit application.
After 9 days i realized that the status on my PR application still said "Your action is required" and then went in and submitted the already uploaded receipt. Therefore I missed the given timeline by couple of days.

Do anyone think they would consider this as late response and will it have any negative impact on my PR application ?
