RPRF encashmnet before PPR or before VISA Issue???

So far i know RPRF encashment done before Visa issue.

It can be done at any stage. As soon as you send RPRF, they encash it. Money is loved by everybody, nobody wants to leave it.

Guys thanks for your inputs...I did send my RPRF on 23rd june 2011 and my ecas status shows' MEDICAL RESULTS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED' from 2nd july 2011. But still they haven't encash my RPRF and still waiting for PPR.. Please share ur knowledge in this regard.Oh my VO is Singapore....
