"Role" on reference letter

Dear members,
My NOC is 2174 and I worked as iOS/mobile application developer.
One of my senior colleague is ready to write reference letter for me. As per reference letter format, you have to mention "Role". Can I write role as "Mobile application Developer" ?
NOTE: this "role" is not mentioned under 2174 NOC.

It must relate to the NOC, not exact words.
It may not have the same words, but job description should be similar.

You can mention the role you were performing , the key there is to make sure the responsibilities match the NOC description. Role can be called anything , it doesnt matter
