I am Medical lab technician having NoC code 3211 or 3212 and working in the same field from last 8 years and Ielts score 6 overall
Kindly guide me if i am eligible for RNIP program and how to apply

It sounds like you meet the basic standards for language and work experience. You will need to get your degree assessed and show you have enough settlement funds.

Then you have to find a job in one of the participating communities, and meet any of their requirements. You can read about these on their websites.

What do you mean by this? Every job has an NOC code, and you need a qualifying job offer based on that community's requirements.

Most communities (if not all) are only taking a certain amount of new people a year. If your NOC is in demand in one of the communities that might help you, but again, each has its own requirements and application process. Your chances of getting a job depend entirely on your desirability as a candidate.
