Right of PR Fee what does it means?

So I was invited on June 26, submitted my file on June 27. Got AOR same day. BIL was done in August 14.

Yesterday I received message for paying Right of PR fee. I paid it.

Just wondering if it means my file is near completion and should I expect some updates soon.

Yes, overall, it's a good sign, but not a guarantee of anything. It's just a milestone in the processing steps.
