Hello,

I received my PR application forms today in the mail and enclosed a letter with a check mark next to the "Completed IMM0008 Schedule 1: Background/Declaration" and nothing else. I've included my IMM0008 Schedule 1, filled them up and put "N/A" when it's not applicable. There are no gaps between my personal history. I've completed the education section and put "N/A" for military services/government/organizations. I'm confused now.

hai this s the reason lot of application was returned including 3 of my friends. i hope you are not filled correctly the form especially [uyou forgot to put present in address and personal history check this out[/u]

you cant typepresent or todate in application form print it out and write by hand in those field personal history current activity and current resident address

So they returned it because you didn't write present or todate in the section for yopur current address? this is absurd seriously........i hope they are not going to return mine. What did youa ctually miss, Can you specify?

Your application probably has returned because If you have filled up form "IMM0008 Schedule 1: Background/Declaration". You should fill up "IMM0008 Schedule A: Background/Declaration" . Both are different in some fields.

Other possiblity as what other members has mentioned.

Regards,
Duke.

HI,
schedule a form is not IMM0008.
Schedule A – Background Declaration IMM5669E as per cic site

if possible provide pseudo or dummy data of the entire application where you have filled in so that you can get clear reply.

Yeah i was confused in that too because i remember IMMOOO8 is a generic form ... shcedule A is a background Declaration, probably the most important of all forms. YOU probably sign your life on it.
