Hi all , my citizenship application was returned few days ago .They mentioned in their letter that the language evidence is not acceptable! I used my university transcript that says that the language of study is English, I included my academic ielts test as an extra document. Now my question is can I resend my original application without changing anything just adding an explanation letter? or i have to send an updated physical presence and signature? Did any one resend the same application with the first date and got accepted?

Academic IELTS isn't acceptable , and university transcript depends on which country , it has to be English or French speaking country . Do you mind sharing dates

Nope university transcripts of any country is acceptable if your medium of study is English then they accept it.
Exactly.. May be they just saw academic ilets without seeing the degree or letter?
