CITIZENSHIP Application Returned -asking to resubmit IELTS proof - Please help

Hi -
i had applied for citizenship on 31 dec 2025. On march 11 -My application got returned saying the IELETS proof i attached is blurred ! this was the same doc i had used when i had applied for PR ! I dont have AOR yet.

So do i need to just resubmit the IELTS proof only or do i need to recaluclate the physical presence calculator and attach the new PDF - there is no change in my physical presence - i have not travelled out of canada since i had applied for citizenship in Dec 2025.

Please advise

Also when i resubmit - will thy take my original submission date as 31 dec or will it the taken as the date when i resubmit.

It will 'start over.'

While it may not be required to recalculate (in most cases*), would it really be worth the risk to NOT recalculate and resubmit? Of course recalculate with updated dates.

* It is technically possible for some to have the number of days in Canada actually fall below the minimum, of course.

Are we required to submit the pdf of the physical presence calculator ? I had attached it in the supporting document section

Don't attach it, that's useless. There is no place to add it because the information that pdf would contain is given in its specific section, in a different format. No need to repeat the same info twice.
