Resubmitting an application - Some questions

Hi guys,

So i applied back in November 09 for skilled worker immigration & two months later my application was returned to me as i forgot to fill in one particular column.

Now it's been mentioned in the application that i can resubmit my application & that i should attach the letter from them. However it doesn't mention if i should submit the same application after filling in the empty column or a completely new one with the current date & signature on the forms that require it.

So my question is, should i just send the same old application where the date of signature is from November 09? Or should i sign & date the forms again & send in a new version. I would appreciate any help and advice. Thanks!

You need to create, reprint, sign with current date in a new version of forms. No need to mention previous application when you are reapplying. Verify you application as many time as you can before sending.

You can fill the missing information and re-send with old form with the letter from CIO.

Thanks for the help guys. I'm thinking of sending in a new application with new signatures & dates but i'm still going to attach the form that was left blank along with the letter they sent me. Does anyone else have any other advice on this matter? Thanks.

I had the same problem in my previous application then I resend it. I made new forms. could you please tell that in which form you missed which section?

Please dont hide anything, adding new info with proper proof is okay, but the other way round is a serious work. CIC repeatedly warn people of consequencies in doing such acts.

It was Application for Permanent Residence in Canada [IMM 0008]. I left the following column empty by mistake: 'Other countries of residence'.
