Residency Obligation query

Hello all,
I hope for some help please.
I am trying to find the fine-print for PR residency obligation to be able to renew.
I understand that i must be present in Canada 730 days out of 1825 days.
If the 1825 days commences from my PR Landing date, i do meet requirements to renew.
If the 1825 days commences from my PR Card issue date, i do not meet requirements to renew.
The question is when does the 1825 days commence from?

It starts from the time you landed and became a PR. However it's also a rolling residency obligation. That means that at the time you apply to renew your PR card, CIC will look back at the five years immediately preceding your application to see if you meet the residency requirement.
