Hello,
I want to share my situation and I want advice from your side

- We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on April 22, 2013.

- We sent you a letter acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on April 22, 2013. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

-We started processing your application on July 9, 2013.

- I received RQ on Oct,2013
- I sent RQ on Nov,2013


Till today I didn't receive any update from CIC. mean from 1 year no update regarding my Citizenship or Exam ...etc in ECAS.
when I called them they said in process.

I would like to give me advice what i can do to see my situation.

Just wait... my file in process for last 16 month since I submitted my RQ
at St.clair..
