Has anyone had documents requested after AIP and SA?
I received AIP and SA back in May but haven't had correspondence since then with the exception of the 'pre-arrival' letter that doesn't apply to me. This past weekend I got a request for additional documents regarding a charge that was on my criminal background check from the FBI, they wanted court records for the specific case. I just uploaded the pertaining material but wanted to know what kind of timeline I'm possibly looking at in regards to an answer? I just hit one year since submitting my inland application.
