just talked to the agent he said that they are processing since 7 june
btw guys we talked to the lady on 10th of this month and she said that there is a note ,we sent the photos on the same day and they were recieved in sydney on 14th till now no news
the agent on the phone dont know that photos were recieved ,she told me we are processing 7 june
is that okay that the agent dont know that they recieved the photos?

r u sure they process on 7 th june. bcs i call 17 aug that time he say now cic processing on 21 june.and they have not information about reciving photo graf so dont worry

Just called CIC and was also told June 7th...
I actually called a couple of days ago too and it was also June 7th. How is this even possible?
A month ago they were doing May 24. Maybe they mixed up June 7th with July 6th?

Okay got a new update.

Earlier when I called the IRCC, the representative confirmed that they are processing photo request application of 25th June, but when I called today they said they are processing photo request applications received on 5th June!

This is so weird, they are not regularly updated with the processing, hence such confusion.

They have no update if the photos were received or not though I sent the same via registered mail which reached them 14th July.

Moreover they ask me to wait 6-8 weeks more for PR cards.

It's been almost 4 months since I landed. The wait is hectic.

I received photo request on August 16. Posted a new photos on the same day and they were delivered on August 21.
I received another email requesting for new photos on August 23. Should I send a new set of photos?

I think you need to send the photos again. May be your photo didn't meet the photo specification even for the secod time.

I took the photos at Shoppers Drug Mart in both cases. Maybe I should try a different store.

In my case, first I took photos from London Drug. These photos were rejected. The second time, I took photos from a Shoppers Drug Mart and I felt the photos were not good. I took the photos for the third time from another Shoppers Drug Mart for my mental satisfaction. I found the photos were different of both Shoppers. I didn't send second photos. I sent third photos and they approved it.

I linked my application with MyCIC. Now it shows my PR application is approved. That means photos are accepted.
